Skeletons Arms The skeleton arms have string or wool running through them. With a length of string doubled in half thread the loop through 6 of the discarded peg springs and then thread the rest of the string through the loop and pull tight to that the springs are firmly connected to the end of the string. This is the skeleton s hand. Stick two peg halves back to back with the string sandwiched between. The tapered end of the pegs should point to the hand. This is the forearm. In a similar fashion glue two more peg halves so that the rounded end meets the rounded ends of the forearm. This is the skeleton s upper arm. Finally make the skeletons shoulder with two more pegs the rounded ends meeting the tapered ends of the upper arm. Cut the remaining string at the tapered ends of the skeleton s shoulder. Make two arms in this way. Use some pegs as clamps to hold the pegs until the glue has started to fix the pegs. Leave to one side to dry.

You can use a cardboard box in making a scary coffin. Also get a large-size cardboard piece and cut out the shape of a coffin for the opening/cover. Paint a red or white cross over the top of the coffin. You can imitate the sound of stepping over a mass of bones by drying bread in the oven and placing them under an area rug. Cut out stone hedges out of Styrofoam paint them gray and write R.I.P. over them with a marker. You can also write your names or guest s names for that spooky feeling. Make body parts by stuffing rubber/latex gloves with cotton and painting the opening red for that bloody effect. For a realistic touch to your home decor you can fill goblets with blood and display them in hallways and your dining area! This will enhance that vampire-in-coffin feel.

As said creativity is the master of all arts. Making candy corn out of polymer clay is quite easy and it is an excellent project for just about any age group. These little polymer clay candy corns are so cute and are great for adding to all sorts of decorations and other things. You could use them to embellish things like frames magnets candles or even for adding to scrapbooking pages. Supply List: - Polymer clay (yellow orange white) - I normally use the Sculpey brand Clear acrylic sealer (optional) Instructions: 1. Warm up each color of clay by rolling and kneading it until it feels soft. Now roll each color out until it s about 1/4" thick. Now press the three rolls together with white on top orange in the middle and yellow on the bottom. 2. Find a thin sharp edge such as a thin piece of cardboard to use to slice through the clay.
